Roundtable 10-Year Health Plan

Our roundtable panel comprised: Dr Birju Bartoli, chief executive of NHS Northumbria, James Benson, chief executive of Central London Community Healthcare Trust, Laurie Lee, chief executive of Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation, Sarah Arnold, senior policy lead, The King's Fund, and former chair of the Health and Social Care Select Committee, Steve Brine.

During the discussion, they offer their views and insight on the overall vision and ambition of the plan and give their verdict on its deliverability.

The panellists discuss how the plan's central vision of a neighbourhood health centre in every community can be realised in practical terms and debate whether the plan goes far enough in terms of reducing healthcare inequalities and moving towards a preventative healthcare system.
