The Electiva London Hospital is expected to generate annual revenue over £50m and create around 300 new jobs in the area.

Brian Welsh, chief executive of Electiva Healthcare, said: ‘This is a huge opportunity for us to build something new, something different and something special, and to treat our consumers with the very best that we can possibly offer.'

The hospital will reflect Electiva's commitment to 5-star patient experience and clinical quality, delivering a blend of corrective, aesthetic, orthopaedic and gynaecology treatments.

Sayani Sainudeen, executive chair of Electiva Healthcare, said: ‘This project shows our team and our surgeons that we are pushing boundaries in healthcare capability and technology, built with care and attention to detail. Our mantra, We Care More, applies just as much to our surgeons as it does to our patients, and we encourage surgeons to reach out to us ahead of time.'

Further acquisitions and developments are planned by Electiva over the next year.
