The Harley Street service is led by consultant endocrinologist, Dr Edson Nogueira, providing specialist expertise in metabolic and hormonal health.

Dr Nogueira said: ‘Safe and effective weight management requires a personalised and medically supervised approach. My focus is on understanding each patient's metabolic and hormonal profile, providing careful clinical assessment and supporting them with ongoing specialist care throughout their journey.'

Dr Ariel Haus, founder of Dr Haus Dermatology, said: ‘Patient safety and medical excellence have always been central to our clinic. The introduction of our consultant-led medical weight management service reflects our commitment to providing carefully supervised, evidence-based care. With Dr Nogueira's expertise in endocrinology, we are able to offer patients a safe, personalised and medically guided approach supported by specialist oversight at every stage.'

The service has been developed as a fully integrated, consultant-led pathway, allowing patients to receive a comprehensive specialist consultation, arrange appropriate diagnostic testing and have any clinically prescribed treatment delivered directly to their home.
