The 60-minute session, which includes a tailored clinical consultation, outcome report and clear next-step recommendations for further assessment and treatment, is delivered by a team of clinicians with specialist training and extensive experience.

Dr Julian Nesbitt, NHS GP and founder of the platform, said: ‘ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence are often missed or misunderstood, especially in the workplace.

‘This service offers employers faster access to specialist insight and gives individuals the clarity and direction they need, at a time when early understanding can make all the difference.'

Recommendations may include a referral for full ADHD assessment, mental health therapeutic interventions, or onward referrals to physical health services. Individuals also receive access to a digital neurodiversity resource hub on the Dr Julian platform with curated self-help tools and materials.

Full ADHD assessment and diagnostic services, aligned with NHS Gold Standards of Care are also provided by Dr Julian's specialist ADHD practitioners, ensuring continuity of care, inclusion and instant accessibility for referrers and individuals.
