Trust launches careers site to enhance candidate experience

inploi has delivered a fully-branded, mobile-optimised digital front end to the trust's existing infrastructure, providing a new front end to its applicant tracking system (ATS).

The trust's new careers site features:

  • A map-based job search with location-aware filters
  • Clear, inclusive pathways for different job families
  • Accessible design that supports neurodiverse candidates and those with disabilities
  • Simplified chatbot
  • Real-time analytics to unlock insight into candidate behaviour, conversion rates, and traffic sources.

Tara O'Brien, head of resourcing at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, said: ‘We knew we needed to do more to modernise how we reach and engage future colleagues, especially given the workforce challenges facing the NHS.

‘This partnership has allowed us to reimagine our digital candidate journey in a way that's inclusive, data-informed, and aligned with the values of Oxford Health. It's a meaningful step forward not just for our team, but for the people and communities we serve.'

Imploi added: ‘We're honoured to partner with such a forward-thinking trust and excited by the road ahead: creating hiring journeys that are more accessible, more efficient, and more aligned to the goals and values of the NHS.

‘This is a first step toward broader transformation, and we look forward to scaling this impact across more trusts in the months to come.'
