inploi has delivered a fully-branded, mobile-optimised digital front end to the trust's existing infrastructure, providing a new front end to its applicant tracking system (ATS).
The trust's new careers site features:
- A map-based job search with location-aware filters
- Clear, inclusive pathways for different job families
- Accessible design that supports neurodiverse candidates and those with disabilities
- Simplified chatbot
- Real-time analytics to unlock insight into candidate behaviour, conversion rates, and traffic sources.
