Trust invests £10m in digital shift

System C's CareFlow EPR system, which provides clinicians with real-time access to patient records, is being rolled-out at New Cross Hospital, Cannock Chase Hospital and West Park Hospital.

Gwen Nuttall, managing director of The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, said: ‘The launch of our new EPR is a significant milestone in our digital journey. By harnessing the latest technology, we're creating a more connected, efficient and responsive service for patients across our hospitals and community services. The system will reduce duplication and improve communication.'

CareFlow EPR has also been adopted by Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust as part of Black Country ICS's ambition for standardised, joined-up healthcare across the region.
