Trust's facilities management team recognised for outstanding safety performance

Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management (NHFM), the estates and facilities subsidiary of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, has been recognised for its outstanding safety performance with a Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Gold Award.

The award recognises NHFM's proactive approach to accident prevention and its success in fostering a robust, safety-first culture.

Damon Kent, managing director of NHFM, said: ‘We are incredibly proud to receive this award. It reflects the unwavering commitment, vigilance, and care our team demonstrates towards safety every single day.'
