An NHS Golden Jubilee spokesperson said: ‘At NHS Golden Jubilee, our values guide everything we do. We are committed to fostering a culture of kindness, respect, professionalism and compassion, and we expect everyone who works with us to uphold these standards.
‘We do not comment on individual cases and will always respect staff confidentiality. However, we can confirm that, when concerns are raised, we have robust processes in place to ensure they are taken seriously, investigated appropriately and acted upon where necessary.
‘We do not tolerate behaviour that falls short of our values or that has the potential to compromise the safe, respectful and supportive environment we strive to provide for patients, visitors and staff. Where concerns are identified, appropriate action is taken in line with our policies and governance arrangements.
‘NHS Golden Jubilee operates within robust governance, patient safety and staff support frameworks. We are committed to ensuring that all concerns are handled fairly, thoroughly and consistently, while protecting the confidentiality and dignity of everyone involved.'
