The Patient Status Engine provides continuous, real-time data on patients' vital signs, enabling healthcare providers to make informed decisions and take timely actions.

Keith Errey, chief executive of Isansys Lifecare, said: ‘Our Patient Status Engine represents the future of healthcare, delivering critical, real-time insights that enable healthcare providers to manage patients more effectively across hospitals, homes, and community settings.'

He added: ‘Internationally, healthcare providers have demonstrated that the PSE's capabilities - such as early detection, remote monitoring, and proactive interventions - can ease resource constraints while ensuring high-quality care. These benefits have led to increased efficiencies and, in private organisations, even enhanced profitability. It's time for the NHS to embrace these advantages to address current challenges and improve patient outcomes.'
