Fox Talbot House site in Chippenham delivers clinical assessment, out-of-hours and care co-ordination services.

The CQC said: ‘The service continued to deliver care that is exceptional and consistently exceeds national integrated urgent care standards. People received safe, effective and well-co-ordinated care that reflected their individual needs and preferences.'

CQC inspectors highlighted the team's use of real-time monitoring to anticipate demand, its digital tools to support rapid clinical assessment and strong partnerships with local NHS organisations that help people move smoothly between urgent, community and emergency services.

Aseem Sadana, UKI chief executive at HealthHero, said: ‘To be rated outstanding once is an achievement. To be rated outstanding three times in a row is testament to the extraordinary dedication, compassion and professionalism of our team at Fox Talbot House. I am incredibly proud of every single colleague who makes this possible – from our clinical and operational teams as well all staff who support them.

‘This result reinforces our belief that technology, when combined with a genuinely person-centred approach, can transform urgent care. Our teams listen, advocate and ensure people get the right care, in the right place, at the right time. That is what outstanding looks like in practice.'
