Harley Street £100m ambulatory surgery centre to open

A £100m ambulatory surgery centre (ASC) is due to open in Harley Street Health District at the end of this year.

Healthcare investment company,10M Healthcare, has let No 1 Harley Street from The Howard de Walden Estate, with real estate company Cushman & Wakefield advising on the deal.

Ken Anderson, chief executive at 10M Healthcare, said: ‘Securing this building is a significant milestone and reflects our commitment to delivering a state‑of‑the‑art medical facility for short‑term day patients. What sets this development apart is the creation of a fully integrated ASC in the heart of the Harley Street Health District. The extensive refurbishment and fit‑out is well underway, and we look forward to opening later this year in London's leading health innovation district.'

The site will offer private patients high-quality same-day surgical treatments across a range of specialities, including orthopaedics, neurology, gynaecology and women's health, cardiology, dermatology and ENT.
