Cllr Fran Whymark joins NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB's board

Councillor Fran Whymark has been appointed as the Integrated Care Partnership member on Norfolk and Waveney ICB’s board.

As the ICP Board member, Cllr Whymark will work closely with key partners, help shape the future of integrated care, and provide leadership on workforce and culture.

Cllr Whymark's most recent appointment was as Norfolk County Council's Cabinet Member for Public Health and Wellbeing in January 2025.

He said: ‘As a district and county councillor I have extensive experience of partnership working and understand how important this is when delivering essential services. 

‘I have joined the ICB at a time of great upheaval. The journey may have changed but the destination remains the same. Our goal is that we continue to deliver the services people have come to rely upon from their NHS.'
